The Spencer Gorge Conservation Area

My last stop of my travels was a visit to the very; scenic, beautiful, and peaceful "Spencer Gorge Conservation Area". Webster Falls and Tews Falls are located in the park. There is an $8 admission to gain access to the Spencer Gorge Conservation area. I'm sure after you take a looked at my posted pictures. It is a bargain at that price.
The final picture on this post is of the 134 feet(41M) "Tews Falls"

Sherman Falls

I did visit Chedoke Falls during my sightseeing trip today. Chedoke Falls is located in a very high class neighborhood of Hamilton. But I did not include a picture of the Falls. Because from my vantage point. It was impossible to get a good picture of Chedoke Falls. To get some good pictures of the Falls. It would take a lot more time and effort to make it happen.
Beautiful Sherman Falls was one of the best parts of the day. This very attractive place is located near downtown Ancaster. Which is also a very nice place. Sherman Falls is located on private land, and is part of the "Bruce Trail". Because Sherman Falls is located on private land. You are only allowed to hike by the Falls. I did enjoy my time spent there today. Enjoy the pictures of an amazing place.

Felker's Falls

One of the waterfalls I visited to today. That is located in a very nice residential area. The Bruce Trail also passes right by Felker's Falls. Which offers some good views of Lake Ontario, the city of Hamilton, and Toronto off in the distance. Viewing Felker's Falls on this section of the Bruce Trail is flat making it possible for strollers and people who are handicapped a chance to experience "The Bruce Trail" and to see Felker's Falls. Although it was difficult to get a good view of the Falls from the Trail.

Back to the Falls!

Today was another beautiful Spring day. I continued my quest for finding the most beautiful waterfall located on The Niagara Escarpment. I'm not going to throw everything at you on one post. I decided to break up the presentation. Here is my itinerary for today's journey.
My Garmin handheld GPS was a big help. Allowing me to locate all the waterfalls without getting lost and wasting precious time. My GPSMAP 60Cx gives you the option. To locate your destinations by inputing GPS coordinates. Which is another advantages for using this great navigational devise. Jerry Lawton the author of the Waterfalls guidebook was good enough to include the GPS coordinates for the location of all of the waterfalls listed in his book.
I first went to visit; Albion Falls, then onto Buttermilk Falls, then Chedoke Falls, Sherman Falls, Webster's Falls, and Tews Falls.
I have included the pictures of Albion Falls on this post.
